M-1Global.com recently had the opportunity to speak with Middleweight semi-finalist Tyson Jeffries as he prepares for his semi-final match up with Plinio Cruz on August 7, at Bally’s in Atlantic City, New Jersey as M-1 Global Presents the 2010 M-1 Selection Americas tournament semi final round.

Jeffries won his opening round fight against Mike Johnson and spoke about that fight,. preparation for his upcoming fight, training with Team Quest, and what a tournament win will mean to him.
