From MMAUntld.com:
Having whitewashed Team Spain in their last M-1 Challenge outing, Team England have announced the fighters who will take on the Russian Legion in the semi-finals in September.
The team, headed up by coaches Dave Butlin and Aaron Chatfield, has had to deal with a number of injuries, notably the early retirement from competition of Ian Butlin. The lightweight was forced out of competition due to multiple facial fractures incurred over his career but replacement Scott Hewitt has stepped up and taken the challenge with both hands.
Tom Blackledge has had to withdraw from the event due to injury and will be replaced by Lee Austin, a training partner of Simon Phillips, the current welterweight team member.
