St. Petersburg, Russia – A large contingent of fights fans gathered on the deck of The Flying Dutchman on the Neva River in order to witness a 13 fight card in one of the most unique settings ever used as a staging ground for a mixed martial arts competition.
Joining fight fans at the high end restaurant were several major Russian celebrities who were on hand to witness the fifth edition of M-1 Selection, the newest fight series from M-1 Global. The winning team of the year-long competition will earn the right to represent Russia in the 2010 M-1 Challenge.
